Born and raised in Houston, Daniel has extensive knowledge of and is passionate for Houston, aka Clutch City. Since becoming licensed as a TREC Real Estate Salesperson in 2008 through becoming a full fledged TREC Real Estate Broker in 2010, Daniel has done numerous residential leases and purchases all over the greater Houston area while overseeing the strategic growth of Clutch City Realty. Having graduated from law school and worked at law and financial firms, Daniel brings a noteworthy perspective to the contractual and financial elements of real estate that many agents and brokers cannot.
